1st gold

Up until now I've been buying thousands of dollars of silver.Today I made my first purchase of gold thru my main dealer...10-1/10ers of krugs at 3.00 over and 10-1/10ers gae at 5.00 over ($94 & $96 per coin). Had to buy more silver maples though at 1.00 over still in plastic (1989's). Hope the gold bug does't overcome by silver one lol. I know that I could have bought the 1 oz'ers for less premium but I like the smaller coins for just the diversity.

Congrats!

Watch out, though... gold is addicting.

Sure is addicting....a friend of mine just took some profit on some SAEs that he bought at $7 apiece years ago...traded up and added a little FRNs for some cute little Mex 50 pesos.....I think he did good!!!
Thoughts???

If you like cute and little you oughta try the Mexican 2 peso!

Now that's what I call "little"!

50s are big, beautiful and pricey!
But, hey, they're all the right stuff.:D

Weighs the same as an ounce of silver. :D

Just a bit smaller, especially if it's 24k.

So what's heavier then? A pound of feathers or a pound of bricks?
